What is the Advanced Program?

Our Advanced Program is an elite, high-intensity training regimen that replicates the traditional methods used in Thailand’s renowned Muay Thai camps. Combining the "Art of Eight Limbs" with dynamic striking techniques from kickboxing, this program emphasizes advanced skills, conditioning, and fight-specific strategies.

 

The curriculum includes road work, clinch sparring, pad work, technical drills, and other authentic methods to prepare participants for competitive fighting.

This invite-only program is reserved for dedicated practitioners with a solid foundation in Muay Thai and kickboxing. It’s designed to challenge even the most experienced athletes, fostering the skills, endurance, and mental toughness required to compete at a high level.

What to Expect in Class.

A typical session includes:

Road Work & Conditioning

Running and sprint intervals for endurance.
 

Warm Up & Mobility

Dynamic stretches and movement drills.
 

Pad Work and Partner Drills

Thai Pad sessions to refine power, speed, and accuracy.
 

Clinch Sparring

Master sweeps, throws, and knee strikes in controlled sparring.

Sparring & Scenario Training

 High-intensity sparring simulating real competition.

Cool Down & Strategy Review

Stretching and performance debriefs with your coach.
