What is Private Training?
Private Training at Muay Thai Kickboxing Gym is a fully personalized coaching experience designed around your specific goals, needs, and pace of development. These one-on-one or small-group sessions allow our coaches to focus entirely on you, providing detailed instruction, immediate feedback, and intentional programming.
Private training gives you access to areas and equipment not always emphasized in group classes, including the ring, curved treadmill, airbike, ab bench, and other specialty training tools. Sessions can be tailored toward technical refinement, conditioning, fight preparation, or overall performance improvement.
This option is ideal for students who want accelerated progress, additional accountability, or focused attention beyond the group class environment.
