REFUND POLICY

MTKG Online Apparel Return & Exchange Policy

All apparel purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds.

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
    •    Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery
    •    Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    •    Items must have all original tags attached
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    •    MTKG is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Once the item is received and approved, the exchange will be processed.

MTKG reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these conditions.

 
Membership Changes:
*A 30-day notice is required for any membership changes, including cancellations or holds.
*To request a cancellation or hold, you must complete the official Membership Change Form.
 *If the required form is not submitted, your membership will remain active and continue to be billed.
 
Day Passes & Transactions:
*Day pass purchases are non-refundable, and no credit will be issued once the transaction is completed.
 *All transactions are final.
