*A 30-day notice is required for any membership changes, including cancellations or holds.
*To request a cancellation or hold, you must complete the official Membership Change Form.
 *If the required form is not submitted, your membership will remain active and continue to be billed.
 
Day Passes & Transactions:
*Day pass purchases are non-refundable, and no credit will be  issued oncethe transaction is completed.
