Cancellation Policy
Private Training discounts are only offered to active members. Non-active or cancelled members will have to pay full price. Payments (full or split) must be made prior to taking private training sessions. An active credit card must be on file for private training sessions. LATE ARRIVALS: Private training session times begin at the agreed time with your trainer. Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES: Private training session cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to session. Any cancellations or reschedules made after the 24 hour period will result in the loss of your session credit. All sales are final.
