What is Muay Thai and Kickboxing Sparring?

What is the Program?

Muay Thai, the "Art of Eight Limbs," uses punches, kicks, elbows, and knees for powerful strikes. Kickboxing combines boxing with dynamic kicking techniques for a full-body workout. Sparring involves controlled, simulated combat to practice techniques, improve reaction times, and develop strategic thinking safely.

Our classes teach fundamentals while giving you the chance to test skills against training partners. Sessions focus on technique, timing, and precision to build confidence and resilience.
