The Power Series classes are all about power and speed. It involves exercises and workouts that train you to apply the maximum amount of force as fast as possible while building lean muscle. These workouts will assist you in generating more power, burning fat while developing lean muscle. This leads to more:
– Endurance
– Speed
– Reaction Times
– Explosiveness (how fast you can generate power)
